Need a Toolkit for Summit 12000 Cascade Prober

Hi,

 I have a Microtech Cascade prober with model no Summit 12000. How can i get a driver toolkit for this prober.

Please reference a previous discussion forum post: Microtech summit probestation. You could also request a driver for this specific device, by going to NI Developer Zone page and going to the section on the right hand side under Instrument Driver Network >> Request Drivers. An additional option would be the NI Measurement Hardware DDK (Driver Development Kit) which could be used in your application. More information can be found at the product page.
