sir, i am making power analyzer using sound cards. i find power factor and signal wave forms. i am facing some problem in VI. 1. 3phase wave form did not exact 120 degree out of phase. 2. power factor daviate with increment or decrement by 0.01 continously.
i am attaching my vi file please help me for stabling and finding exact wave form phase difference and power factor measurement.

I am unable to run your VI because subVIs are missing when I try to load your VI, but here are some general comments based on what I see:
power factor is displayed in numeric indicator with only 2 significant digits, so it will only have observed resolution of .01 for numbers between 0.1 and 1.
code is not acquiring an integer number of cycles which is required for some standard power measurements
NI offers a LabVIEW toolkit for electrical power measurements. Try the evaluation version to validate your approach, or maybe you will see other features that will make the toolkit purchase well worth your time.

dear sir,
i send you single phase vi. 3 phase vi have same only clone of single phase.
sir i give resulation of 0.1 but the power factor again changes after 0.01 to 0.09 counts.
i think it is due to current or voltage scaning becomes asynchronised or any other problem.
plz check the attachment .

Why do you think that the soundcard inputs are simultaneously sampled?
Test: Apply the same signal to all inputs and measure the phase delays.
Test2: Repeat this steps to maybe find that the phase delay may vary... (restart LV, reboot, in a multitasking OS you never know 😉 ...)
Soundcards usually use cheap (poor) clock bases, so if you use multiple cards: Are they synced?
Measure a longer period with the same 15kHz signal on all channels and inspect the the data , tone detection migth even find a clock mismatch.

I am currently trying to find out how to "data dump" my displayed numbers into a printer or preferrably a PC. But I am currently unable to make heads or tails of the user manual in how to do that. I am using a PM 3000A Universal Power adapter. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You might try creating a new forum post. I noted that the last response in this thread was over 6 months ago. There still might be someone around from this thread but creating a new one would be the best way to let the community know about your issue.
