We are using the NI-DAQ API and a PCI-4451. Input is being correlated in the time domain with output and NI-DAQ double buffering is taking place for both input and output.
It seems like the best I could do is establish a range that may sacrifice some precision but will not result in an over/underrange problem.
I have a similar question regarding output when I want to change attenuation without stopping output or having any adverse effect on output.
Any suggestions or experience is greatly appreciated,
