Convert SIF files to TXT or LVM

Has anyone written a VI that can read, and/or convert, SoMat Infromation files (*.SIF) to a TXT or LVM file format?

Unfortunately, I do not have any experience with this file format, but I thought I might suggest that you post this question to the LabVIEW board as well. There are quite a few experienced programmers that frequent that forum!
