The 4551 has a max input (acquisition) signal bandwidth of 95 KHz and output (generation) of 23 KHz. You will find this spec here:

The swept-sine mode of NI-DSA uses a sampling rate of 51.2 kS/s. The highest frequency that can be analyzed is slightly above 20 kHz.
