As you can see on the datasheet http://www.ni.com/datasheet/pdf/en/ds-22 the usual way to connect a NI PCI-6255 80 analog channel DAQ card is to use 2 SCB-68A connenction boxes.
But for me that would be greatly incomfortable because I am using a 19" Server Rack and there is no acceptable way to place and fix those boxes. Additionally they do not deliver a grounding for each channel so connecting a sensor BNC cable makes that very complicated (you would have to split up every cable and create some common grounding connecting that to the 3 "GND" connectors on the PCB.
I have managed to part-solve my problem by obtaining a BNC-2090 19" rack mount panel (https://www.ni.com/en-us/support/model.bnc-2090a.html) that pretty much covers all the imputs of the first connector ("NI PCI-6255 Connector 0) with the channels 0 - 15.As far as I have checked, that works well, at least for one part...
It would be great to find something similar that can be connected to the second connector of the NI PCI-6255 and connects all the other channels 16 - 79 directly with BNC on a 19" rack mount panel because I really need all the 80 channels collecting data... Does something like that exist?

You need some switch port to connect 80 NI 6255 because it is necessary to have a couple of spare ports for proper working of bnc panels.
