I got Internal Software Error -223044 with my PXI-4472, PXI-1033 and NI expresscard-8360 DaqMx 8.8

When i running the self test of the board in MAX i got error -223044, anyone that has some ideas??

Hey Stalt,

This particular internal error begs me ask a few questions.

1) Has this 4472 ever been used with DAQmx?

2) How old is this 4472?  When was it bought from NI?  Can you give me the revision letter of the board?  That is found by looking for a number printed on the board that usually begins with "ASSY", then there are several other numbers/letters, but the one letter I care about is the letter right before the "-"  So it would look like ASSY11111111E-01 so the revision would be "E"

3) Do you have another PXI system (with DAQmx) that you can initialize this 4472 in?

I have had the same configuration running on 8.7, after reinstalling the opsys (Visa x32), I downloaded new drivers (as always) for the new instalion . The DaqMx is working fine with my 9234 contected via the USB carrier.

The revision on the card is D

That revision of the 4472 is a little "old" by our terms (current revision is Rev K).  You always have the option to call in and send the board in for RMA, which would "fix up" your board and make it a little more "current".  I should warn you that RMA will probably cost you a little since the board is out of warranty.  This would fix any blown fuses or other parts of the device that may have failed since the last time you had it in the system.

Also, I'm not exactly for sure why you're seeing the error you are.  I will have more answers tomorrow afternoon after some testing.  I put an OLD rev C into a system with DAQmx 8.8 and it worked perfectly.
