I have to read to the DCS, or a stand alone system, all trip signals (i.e. suction pressures, temperature e.t.c) from a process gas compressor. Can anybody pls. guide me through this.

Our process operators are in need of a first hand information on all trip-parameters on our Process Gas Compressors (PGC). I have to read all the (trip)alarms (4-20mA from the PGC to a DCS (Yokogawa Centum XL)or a stand alone system in the control room. Can somebody pls. offer suggestions.
