Is there any way to cause a trigger to occur when the start of a buffer is about to enter the DAC while double buffering output on the PCI-4451?

We want to be able to change what we are outputting as is provided by double buffering. However, we also need to be able to accurately correlate time domain values read from input channels with time domain levels being sent out.

Any suggestions and experiences are greatly appreciated,
Jack

Using the NI 4451 for analog output, the only triggering option you have available is the AO Start Trigger (PFI6/WFTRIG). This trigger happens once the waveform generation starts and won't happen again until the generation is stopped and started over. The only other trigger outputs you have available to you come from the DAQ-STC counters and from the analog input triggers. Hopefully this information will help!
