Static sampling rate and not enough memory to store ebough samples

Hello
I should acquire a sin wave with abaout 20 Hz and i have not enough memory  to store enough samples for fft.
What can I do?
 
The ADC has a static fs of 48000Hz  and I can only store a maximum of 4096 samples.
