Overview
This example VI show a way to divides down large binary files into smaller files as decided.

Description
This VI divides down large binary files into smaller files as decided by the user. The user can decide whether they want to specify the size of the files that the larger file is broken down to or simply select how many files they would like to be created.

Requirements

• LabVIEW 2012 (or compatible)

Steps to Implement or Execute Code

1. Download the attached folder to your computer
2. Open the VI "Divide Binary File 2012 NIVerified.vi"
3. Select the path of the binary file and the path to save the new subset files
4. Specify the size  or the number of the files to be created
5. Run the program
