Overview

This VI performs I-V sweep in Keithley 2635 SMU.

Note that it uses "initialize" and "close" drivers from Keithley.

Steps to Implement or Execute Code

  1. Download Keithley 2635 drivers: http://sine.ni.com/apps/utf8/niid_web_display.model_page?p_model_id=19126
  2. Choose desired values as specified in the front panel.
  3. Run the program.
