Overview
The example is to demonstrate how to internally read the generated signal from the analog output

Description:
Leveraging the ability to route, we could access the signal generated from the analog output referenced to the ground with the analog input of the same DAQ Hardware, eliminating the need to externally wire the pins. It may be beneficial for the need to quick check of the hardware capabilities. For this example, the signal that would be generated is a sine waveform.

Steps to Implement or Execute Code:

To implement this example:

  1. Configure the desired frequency, sample rate and number of the periods
  2. (Caution) the hardware physical channel is already set, to change it, we could access it on the block diagram
  3. Run the VI
  4. (Optional) Turn on the Highlight Execution to see the flow of the VI

To execute this example:

  1. Install the required software.
  2. Connect the DAQ hardware that supports the AI and AO features
  3. Confirm the connection with the MAX with TestPanel
  4. Open the VI and refer the Implement Steps
