Example Code

Mapping 2 Bit Words to Complex Symbols for QPSK

Code and Documents

Attachment

Overview

QPSK needs two bits to accurately map 4 quadrature phase values. This VI will take the number of subcarriers (this pertains to OFDM which uses at a minimum QPSK, which is a stepping stone for implementing QAM schemes) and generate a mapped sysmbol output from the parallel word input.

Description

This VI takes a parallel word input (two bits) and maps them to a complex QPSK symbol. This is a necessary sub system step for any OFDM transmitter.
