Overview
This VI enables you to review and edit VI documentation quickly for all the VIs in a specific directory.
Description
This tool could easily be modified to an individual’s/companies needs to assist in everyday programming as well as peer code review. Example set requirements on free labels sequence structures and use the tool like VI Analyzer on the fly. On a side note I choose not to use an Enum for the states so the VI wouldn’t be dependent on a type.
It is a great example to demonstrate the power of VI Server/Scripting to assist in everyday programming task.
Requirements
1. LabVIEW 2012 (or compatible)
2. VI scripting
Steps to Implement or Execute Code
1. Run the VI
2. Select and load directory of Vis to review/edit
3. Begin to edit documentation quickly
