Overview

This example demonstrates how to find a concentric edge in an image.

 

Description

This VI will use the find concentric edge feature to follow the speedometer needle and based on a ratio of the total speed to the total angle of the sweep, it calculated the speed that the vehicle is going.

 

Requirements

 Software

  • LabVIEW Base Development System 2012 (or compatible)
  • NI Vision Development Module 2012 (or compatible)

 Hardware

  • No hardware is necessary to use this example VI

 

Steps to Implement or Execute Code

  1. Download and open the attached file
  2. Run the program
