Using PXI TCXO/OCXO Reference Device as high precision clock for M or X series Devices Counter

This example demonstrates how to route the TCXO/OCXO clock of a timing and synchronization card (e.g. PXI-6652, PXIe-6672) to the PXI_Clk10 of the PXI/PXIe chassis so that other devices (e.g. PXI-6259, PXIe-6368) can use it.

In detail this example is using the high precision clock for a counter period task.
