The vi "Van der Pauw complete.vi" extracts the sheet resistance and effective anisotropy of a square sample in a 4-probes van der Pauw configuration, including the correction factors due to resistivity anisotropy or probes mispositioning. It works on the "Example porous ITO on Al2O3.hall" example text file.
The others vis are the sub-vis used in "Van der Pauw complete.vi". They can be used independently.
These correction factors use approximate closed-form analytical expressions from Ref. [Hurand et al., Rev. Sci. Instr. 2022] that make programing much easier than solving the van der Pauw equation and the corresponding correction factors equations iteratively. Therefore, they might be of a great help to experimentalist performing van der Pauw measurements, including anisotropic samples or probes mispositionning.
