The example simulates a simple process consisting of a Tank, a Pump, a Low Level Sensor, a System is in Auto Light, and an Active Alarm Light. The attached document gives a detailed overview on how to set up a system consisting of an application running Lookout Software, a Zetron M1700 Controller (Modbus option) and a Zetron M1716 RTU (Modbus option). This document is not intended to replace Zetron documentation, only to aid during setup. The PC running the Lookout application will be connected to the Zetron M1700 Controller through the Serial Port and the Zetron M1716 RTU and the M1700 Controller will use hard wired communications instead of using a Radio Transmitter.
Unzip the file and follow the instructions in the Word document. Then compile the Lookout .LKS file to run the example. Versions for Lookout 4.x and 4.5 are provided.
