Basic Framework no longer an option in Create New FRC Robot Project

I created an Advanced FRC Robot Framework project for review.

When I open the Create New FRC Robot Project dialog box the Basic and Advanced radio buttons are missing.

How do I build a Basic Framework Project for review.
