I've gone through all the steps in the manual all the way down to number 10 that says confirm the WGA600N's IP address has been set correctly and that it is linked with the WRT160N. When they are hardwired together using an ethernet cable they both work but when I disconnect the cable and go to wifi they won't communicate anymore. I've rechecked all the IP addresses 3 times and still nothing. Please help!

When you set up the the WGA600N, did you make sure to set the 802.11 band to 2.4ghz?
Since they work when connected, the IP addresses should be correct, however it's likely that there is a problem in the wireless settings. Since there are many different settings that need to get changed on both the bridge and the router (and any one of them being set incorrectly could cause the problem) it would be helpful if you posted screenshots of the setup screens for both the bridge and the router.

Today I had the same issue on my router and bridge connection. It turned out I was reading the wrong version of the manual. Make sure you enter the right URL in your router setup.

What is the correct URL? Just want to double check that the one I'm using is correct.

Make sure your router number is in caps.

I'll copy the pages tomorrow and attach them.
I think I've found 1 problem though. We're officially a veteran team - last year was our first year but I wasn't there and the coach was not active at all. So when we went to set up the wireless we realized the router was gone so I went to Wal-Mart and bought a new one yesterday. So now we have last year's bridge and a new router. Which directions should we follow, rookies or veterans? Do we want 5 or 2.4 Mhz?

If you bought a WRT160N, follow the rookie instructions. If you bought a WRT600N, follow the veteran instructions.
