This is our first time with Labview and we had made such a mess in my computer with Labview everywhere. So
I attempted to delete everything and we were to start from scratch.....however, I can't delete the Nationa Instruments folder
in my C:\Program files. Even as administrator is doesn't allow this. Trying to download LabView via DVD on top of this also
isn't working....the process appears to work just fine but the last sentence on download status says something like "no files added or deleted" and its correct. Help! I'm dead in the water.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting National Instruments. I have a few questions about the issue you are experiencing.
What software do you have installed on the machine right now (FRC or FTC)?
If you go to the Control Panel » Add/Remove Programs do you see National Instruments Software listed in the window that pops up? If so, click on it, and select Change/Remove. This will give a list of all National Instruments software installed on your machine in a new window. You can select all of the software in the list and click the remove button to uninstall everything. This should run all of the proper uninstallers for the software and should remove everything from your computer.
Once you have removed everything then you should try to reinstall with the DVDs again.
Please let me know if you have any further questions or updates on this issue and I will be happy to assist you. I hope this helps!
Thanks!

We are an FTC team. We went to add and remove softwear, just as you had instructed us; and there was no national instrument to delete or change what we needed to. Please help us we don't know what exactly what we are doing.
