Combine two U8s into one U16

I know how to do this by combining various elements, but is there a builtin VI that lets me combine two BYTES into a WORD easilly?

I searched for all the words I could think of:  Combine, Concatinate, Merge, Convert, Byte, Word.... but never thought of "Join".  D'oh!
