FRC LabVIEW reading Power Distribution Panel - PDP via. CAN

I am trying to read current by using CAN from the Power Distribution Panel from within a FRC LabVIEW program.  You can do it from Java and C++ but not LabVIEW it appears.

We are using the Current monitoring capabilities of the PDP in LabVIEW.

First make sure your PDP is connected to the can bus. You verify this by opening the webdashboard

Then use the PDP vis found in the power pallets
