I/O module not recognized

I've successfully programmed the Cypress I/O module but when I go into the driver station the I/O LED in the diagnostics tab does not turn green.

You might want to try posting this on Cypress's FIRST forum, as some of the users there might be more familiar with troubleshooting the module. Good luck!
