Imaging Tool Does not Find CRIO

We are a veteran team, so our cRIO has last year's run-time and software.

I installed this years LabView,and when I try to run the new Imaging tool, I get a message that not cRIOs were found.

I can ping 10.24.35.2 which is the IP of the cRIO, but the imagin tool cannot find the cRIO.

Any ideas?

Problem solved.

Windows firewall was blocking the connection.
