Jaguar CAN control

In the Getting Started Guide for the "black" Jaguar controller LabVIEW VIs that simplify CAN Bus control are mentioned.

Where can I find these VIs?

I cannot find anything the in the WPI library that would allow me to control the Jaguar with CAN.
