LAC for WindRiver?

We've had to reinstall WindRiver and we cannot locate the paper with the LAC number on it.  When we install, a LAC number automatically appears however an error message appears when we hit the Next button telling us it is invalid.  How can we find out what our LAC is or get another one?  Please help, we are competing next weekend.

I wonder if we can resolve you issue using the info in the doc Why do I recieve a License Authorization Code (LAC) invalid error when I try to install Wind River?
