Uninstall on XP

I'm trying to uninstall LabView 2011 for FRC and all of its components, but it doesn't show up in the Add/Remove Programs list.  I installed everything in Jan 2012 and used the program sucessfully with no issues.  But now need to remove it.  It doesn't show up in the Add/Remove list and I can't find the uninstaller in the folders.  I've looked through the discussions and can't find the answer.  Here are the particulars.  Any suggestions?

1) Did you install the software with administrator privileges? yes

2) Did you uninstall the software with administrator privileges? still trying

3) What operating system are you running? XP

4) Did you save LabVIEW to any non-default directory during installation? no

5) When you uninstalled, what was the process you followed? tried Add/Remove, then looked for the uninstaller, with no luck

6) Was any of the software running when uninstallation began? no

7) Do you have any other National Instruments software on the computer? yes, still have and use MATRIXx 7.20, 2 years ago I installed, used then uninstalled LabView for NXT, 1 year ago I installed, used then uninstalled LabView 8.6, and this year I installed LabView 2011 for FRC, used it frequently, but now can't begin the uninstall.

If it doesn't show up in Add/Remove programs then something probably did not get registered correctly when installing. Can you post a screenshot of what you see when you double click on National Instruments software under Add/Remove Programs?

Thanks for the reply.  There isn't an entry for National Instruments software under Add/Remove Programs

Hey Kenneth,

Sounds like something didn't get updated correctly in the registry when installing. I would give a call into our NI support line for this issue and point them to this thread. You may also be able to run the uninstallers manually. If there is nothing else you care about on the machine I would probably just reformat since that is the most sure-fire solution once something goes wrong in the registry.
