"Conflict Resolution"?

After downloading the update, I can no longer get the Robot Code loaded.  Here's what happens:

I select "connect" for the RT, no problems.

I select "Build" on the RT and get a "Name collision" dialog come up--a bunch of VIs are renamed and saved somewhere else because they conflict with existing files.

I select "Run as startup", no problems.

I click on RobotMain.vi, hit the run button, it starts to load and then eventually I get the following dialog:

     Conflict Resolution

               HandleRunTimeErrors.vi

               AutonomousIndep.vi

               AcquireImage.vi

               SendImages.vi

               RobotMain.vi

               AsymVIAgent.vi                         These files can't be found so the program can't run...

Ok, so what do I need to do to get my Robot Code loaded?

Reading other, unrelated posts gave us the idea of re-imaging the cRIO.  (One of those "what the heck, let's give it a try" type of things).  It worked--our robot code loaded and we are now driving our robot with wild, reckless abandon...
