Foundation Fieldbus - Problems connecting DeltaV host to FP-3000

I would like to hear from anyone who has experience connecting a DeltaV host to an FP-3000/FieldPoint I/O bank. We are an Alliance member with good knowledge of Fieldpoint and NI products in general, but very little experience with Foundation Fieldbus. Our client knows Foundation Fieldbus and DeltaV, but nothing NI based. We can detect the FP-3000 and the FieldPoint module configuration from DeltaV, but the FP-3000 does not appear to accept an assigned address, and we cannot expose the Fieldpoint I/O tags. We believe we may have to modify the "FHX file" for DeltaV. Can anyone walk us through what we have to do?

Please make sure the FP-3000 is not working as LAS on the bus; and check the firmware revision of FP-3000 device. The latest firmware version is 2.3.6, which is available at ni.com/support/fbussupp.

If it still doesn't help, please try to connect the FP-3000 to NI interface card (PCI or PCMCIA) with running NI-FBUS Configurator. Right-click the FP-3000 device, double-click the "MIB" object, and change some network parameters as following:

T1 94200
T2 1920000
T3 1280000

And write changes, see whether it helps.
