HSE Support License - I do not need one but its asking me for activation (NI Configurator)

I Have NI Configuraor 3.2, it is activated for the configurator OK.

However, It will not open because it is asking for the Activation Code for HSE Support, I do not have this, and I do not need this.

I cant use the Configurator because I cant open it, Its always asking for the extra license code,

How Can I tell the Software that it does not need the extra license?

PLEASE HELP!!!

Hi Neil,

Configurator should be activated while Communication Manager does not need activation.

Could you please send the Serial Number of the NI-FBUS to fieldbus.support@ni.com ? It can be found on the certificate paper included in the product package. I will check the activation for you.
