silGetOD is an interval method of CM and is related with other methods. So it can not be called by external application. CM does not support sending GetOD request manually.
To obtain the index of the index of first OD object, one method is using a bus monitor tool to capture the data packets on FF network, for example, NI-FBUS Monitor. When a device is added into network, it will send GetOD request. Then, you can get the first index of static OD.
