Is it possible to disable the 128 Octet time at the end of a macrocycle

Every macrocycle has 128 Octets at the end for unscheduled traffic. Is it possible to disable/remove the 128 Octet time at the end of a macrocycle?

Configurator can not disable the 128 Octet time at the end of a macrocycle. This time is reserved for unscheduled communications. In a macrocycle, there must exists certain amount of time for unscheduled communications. Otherwise, abnormal behavior will occur. The random user operations, such as reading parameters, can not be responded.
