My NI FBUS PCMCIA card locks up HP nc6000 laptops

Is there a NI support engineer phone number I can give to a HP 3rd level engineer I have working on this to further investigate this problem.
They suspect an incompatibility with the 02Micro PCMCIA controller and the NI FBUS card.

The PCMICA-FBUS is not compatible with O2Micro Cardbus controller. But it is compatible with other cardbus controllers like TI, Ricoh, Toshiba, NEC, CL and etc. In this case, you have to choose another laptop if you want to use the PCMCIA-FBUS card.

At the same time, National Instruments will release a new PCMCIA-FBUS Series 2 card soon (this month), which is compatible with O2Micro cardbus controller.

According to the compatibility test, the PCMCIA-FBUS Series 2 card works well with HP nc4000, nc6000, nc8000 and nx5000 laptops.
