PCMCIA-FBUS card crash the PC

Previously I install the NI Configurator and then I turned off the PC, plugged the PCMCIA card in the slot and restart the PC. Upon restart, the PC hangs. (OS Win XP).

Without the PCMCIA card I can start the PC. What can it be. Are there any special drivers for that. Where can I find that?

Sorry, there are no drivers other than what's provided in the installer.

Attached is a compatibility report table for PCMCIA card with tested laptops.

However, you mentioned you were using PC. If you are using certain PCMCIA adapter, we can only guarantee PCMCIA works with PCMCIA adapter, whereas, say PCI there is transparent to us and we can do nothing if there's incompatibility issue.

PCMCIA card was designed 6+ years ago, so I wouldn't say it require something new.

So I suggest you try it on other machines.
