Program errors

When I start up my program using NI Configurator I get the following error messages:

1) In the Status window - read data object ...fail Error - NIF_ERR-OTHER - Unknown device error code. (Crror Code = -46). This appears after the PARAMETER "CURRENT_LINK_SETTING" statement.

2) In the Error window - Network Parameters Error - NICONF_ERR_RESPONSE_DELAY_TOO_SMALL - The delay value specified in "Network Parameters" should be increased to compensate for slower devices (Error Code = -1061)

How do I resolve these?

You are right. According to the error message, the network parameter settings of your link might have some problems, specially the network parameter "MAX_RESPONSE_DELAY".

Please double-click the "Network Parameter", and choose the tab "Link Settings (Advanced)" of Network Parameters dialog, you can:
1. Increase the value of "MAX_RESPONSE_DELAY" to make it no less than all the other devices' value;
or
2. Press "Press to See Suggested Values ..." and choose "Apply Suggested Values", then click "Write Changes", see whether it helps.
