Allow *.ogp and *.vip attachments

OGP and VIP are two different VI packaging formats used by OpenG and VI Package Manager. They are based on ZIP files. DevZonbe currently does not allow files with these extensions, but it would be nice if it did.

Can you clarify - did you mean the forums don't allow these extensions?

We're working on getting additional attachments added and these are on the list.

Correct. I should have been more explicit. The Lithium forum (DevZone NI discussion forum) currently doesn't allow attachments with *.OGP and I assume also doesn't allow *.VIP, but I did not confirm that.

Here's an example where I had to rename the file in order to attach it to a post.

These file types are now allowed as attachments on the forum.
