At least 4 different people can't download drivers. I don't know why I can and they can't, and I have posted 3 drivers for them just to be nice, but I can't be doing this all the time!
Best guess is that either there's some problem with certain accounts (though I didn't think those drivers needed special permissions to get beyond just having an account) or something about my organization's web browser settings or locality that lets me in but not them.
