Bizzare HTML Rendering

This message seems to not render properly in Firefox 2 on Windows XP. See attached screenshot.

UPDATE: On IE7 it's similar, but the replies have a huge amount of white space after the text and before the bottom gray bar indicating the end of the reply.

Some of the html used in that message caused the page to render badly.  The user requested I delete that message and he posted a new one, so the above link will not work.
