Browser Update - Please do not use Firefox 4 on the NI Forums due to compatibility issues

An update was made that should resolve the formatting issues.  Is anyone still having problems with the forums just looking like a list of links like the images posted above?

Thanks,

Laura

My understanding is that IE9 and Firefox 4 should now work correctly with the forums, although I don't have either browser to try with. Please let me know if you see any problems if you are using either of these browsers.

Thanks,

Laura

My cynical side was suspecting that the effort to "fix" FF4 was actually going to break something that was already working.  Instead I will report that FF4 seems to be working happily, as it has been since I upgraded weeks ago.

Some poor soul using IE will have to report on IE9.

I found something that was broken. When you click on Reply the insertion cursor is placed all the way at the end of the first line. I can see it blinking right at the edge:

As soon as you start typing the text appears on the second line.

Also, I noticed that blank lines have a nbsp in them between <p> and </p> tags. Was this always like this?

Ha Ha, never actually saw where the cursor was, I just instinctively click in the box when I do not see a cursor at the top left like I expect.  Clicking inside the box seems to work as expected.

For iPhone purposes I have a macro for manually adding blank lines which is a non-breaking space inside of a <p> tag, so I think it has been that way for a while.

The cursor seems to show up in the correct place for me even without clicking in to the editor. Do you still see this? I haven't upgraded to Firefox 4 yet to know.
