Bug: 'Tags' shown in Japanese when I Reply on Message

When I use the reply button for a message that has tags, In the reply window at the end of the post I want to reply to, I get a Japanese (?) word followed by the tags.

Seems like the language problem is back.

Just checked on my home PC, I get 'all users tags' in english. So it is not part of my account settings. Home PC is Win XP. Work internet PC is linux.

I was thinking that a screenshot would be helpful, but as the Japanese Tag was the only thing strange, I didn't take one.

For now, I'm unable to reproduce it. All in english.

When I get it again, I make a screenshot for you.

I'm curious if anyone has seen the language issue recently, or has figured out how to reproduce it.
