Can no longer paste images....
OK, the problem started again:
(Intermittent, because the picture below pasted again nicely, <shrug>)
Today I ran into this again. It happened after I went to HTML mode, did some edits, back to normal mode, then tried to paste.
(Tried to reproduce again, but could not. Seems to require certain specific edit operations while in HTML mode)
