Can the message posted be edited by someone else?

Whenever I edit my messages I always see this

Making a glimpse of feeling that someone else also can edit my message?   .

I always get scared what if someone else edits my message...

Can they????

i can´t edit someone else messages and i think other users also not, but maybe an admin.

The admin is NI and she ( Laura F.  ) is everywhere.

Admins can edit other people's posts (and in fact have). Of course, they only do it under certain circumstances (e.g. the user asked for it or has violated the terms of use).
