Can you add a forum to collect customer voices?

Hi,

I think NI needs the customer voices to determine what the future products will be. Can we add a forum to collect NI customer voices?

In the forum, people can tell their experience in using NI products and services; the new features they want to get in the next products; and the problems they want to address with the help of NI.

Also, NI can communicate with customers in the forum on the new NI product information to get an early feedback.

Isn't it a good idea?

best regards

The forums are a perfect place for this!

This is informally happening now as many NI employees are active in the community getting exposure to how end users are using NI products and what features they would like to see. There have been several threads over the years where users have given their feedback to different R&D teams and developed "Wish Lists."

Currently in the LabVIEW forum, an employee is asking users to share their idea of how to measure the size of a LabVIEW application and for details about what the largest application they have built does and what it was like to build and maintain.

We encourage this 100%, and I think it would be great if you started a thread to talk about your experiences and your feature requests to share ideas with other community members and NI employees.

Thanks,
Molly K.
