Confusion between mobile and full site

The mobile site typically does not show the new full site headers, but whenever the session expires, we get some kind of hybrid page that ahs the mobile lithium page decorated with he gigantic NI headers and footers. Refreshing the page normalizes things again.

I'm having trouble reproducing this issue myself on Android in Chrome. It isn't surprising though that odd issues would be occurring since ni.com and the forums are not on the same system. Issues like this will be addressed when we roll out responsive design for the community though.

It happened about three times so far and it seems to occur when there is a confusion if I am still logged in or not.

This time I was on a stale page and scrolled down hard to relaod (chrome for android). Now I got the hybrid page (See picture).

At the bottom of the page, You can see that it thinks it is on mobile, because the "full" link is visible.

 

 Another relaod and things look good again.

Thanks for the extra information. I've escalated this internally to be investigated further.

I't no big deal because another page refresh or login fixes it. It is probably some race condition.
