Hi

I don't know if this has been posted before, but I haven't found it in a scratch - just a few minutes ago I wanted to attach a .vit file. After clicking the submit-button, I was informed that this was not a valid file to attach. Is there a reason for that?

Another point I want to mention is the new message editor. Sometimes it works properly but often if seems as if it misses out every second line. So if I press the return button, the curser jumps down two lines. If I use the backspace key, it also misses out one line and the cursor jumps these two lines up.

The double return line is solvable - use shift+enter and it will only go one line down (and thank Altenbach for that trick).

I checked the admin settings and I can't explain why you are having problems attaching a VI.  I'm trying to attach some example code I found on our site to see if I can reproduce the error that you are seeing.

As for the double line feed problem, I have seen it sometimes but not others and haven't been able to figure out what makes it decide to do this.  I will continue to experiment with that and try to get to what is causing it which will help us resolve it.  In the meantime I hope the shift+enter suggestion works for you.

Oops, I didn't see that it was a .vit file you were having problems with, let me check again...

You should be able to attach vit files now.  Thanks!

Ok - attaching vit files works now.

The shift+enter combination will do it - until the problem is solved .
