Hi all,
I would like to open a feedback just for problems users have with Firefox and this forum.
I have to use MS IE at work since my system service sets up our computers this way but at home I have Firefox. So I have a good chance to compare what happens with MS IE and with Firefox. The MS IE version is 6.0 the Firefox version is 1.0.1. On both computers I use 1152*864 resolution on Matrox G550 or Matrox G400.
I detected two effects.
1. With MS IE I never detected that the text is to wide. With Firefox I need sometimes to scroll horizontaly to see the complete text. It's normally three quater of the size of the posters column.
2. Sometimes I see the page twice connected with each other. After the Copyright line the page starts again. It seems it is send twice in the case one of them gets drowned on the way over the pond, or is there a mirror server in Europe?
I would like to know if other users have seen something else. Either we have to ask Molly to trigger the Lithium team or the developers of Firefox.
BTW: This dialog is also a little to wide. It seems it is exactly the size of the vertical scroll bar. Displaying with MS IE with maximized window. Since there is enough border left and right it doesn't restrict the usability.
