GIF does not display on page

I just tried posting a GIF and it doesn't display in the thread. However, if you click on it with the magnifying glass it displays correctly (though very small). I'm using Chrome Version 71.0.3578.98 (Official Build) (64-bit).

Hi Gregory,

There appears to be an issue specific to this particular gif, as other gifs are displaying as expected. It may be the width or the amount of frames. We will need to escalate this to our community provider for further investigation. We will let you know when we have an update.

Actually it looks good now!

That's odd as nothing has changed. I still see the issue in Firefox, so I am still going to escalate the issue for more investigation.
