I don't think it's a bug. 🙂
There are only a few foreign language boards and they tend to fragment the community to some extend and contain only a few % of all the posts.
The international forums (english) have significantly more traffic, so if you are somewhat familiar with English, you should post in the general boards. Even if you post in German there (some do!), it is more likely that somebody will read and understand your post.

Like me for example.... (English and German)
There are always people around who can answer questions in different languages, or in case of a difficult question, translate to let others join in the discussion.
We're a really helpful bunch,
Shane.

Yes, I agree it is better to post a question in German on the English part.
I read the German question and, if I can, answer them. My answer although will be in English. It just takes too long write a German answer.
Ich brauche zu viel zeit um in der Deutsch spräche ein antwort zu schreiben. Vielleicht muss ich es am nächste mal ausprobieren ist besser für mein Deutsch.09-22-2008 03:14 AM
Well, thank you very much for the answer. I was just interested in finding out, why there is no German board, because most of the Germans use LabView.
Vielen Dank Leute.
